Parents Empowered

One Step at a Time

We are helping parents to help themselves and others.

Many parents struggle with their child's emotional and behavioural problems, thanks to National Lottery we can now offer some free places to parents through 1-1 support . other free services we offer monthly group meetings where you will share your experiences with like minded parents, in turn making new friends.

Problem shared is a problem halved.
