Tools we use to Help the Young People

CBT [Cognitive behaviour therapy], DBT [Dialectical behaviour therapy], Motivational interviewing, Art, Emotional intelligence training.


This service is coaching and should not be confused with counselling, it can be used as a complimentary service alongside counselling or instead off.

Giving Adults with Learning Difficulties/ Disabilities Choices to Improve their Opportunities

The Gateway Community will cater for all abilities but our main aim is to engage people aged 16 to retirement age in all aspects of Inspire operations.

we will recycle, create, design, photograph, sell face to face and online.

all profits will be fed back in to the Inspire Project.

We will offer qualifications in Maths, English, ICT, Life/employment skills, we will endeavour to introduce qualifications matching all of our activities.

Places on our courses are funded either privately, or through direct payment.
